Evolved over thousands of years, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a system of medicine that focuses on treating internal conditions by addressing the root cause to maintain health and prevent illness rather than just masking the symptoms.

TCM can manage chronic pain, reduce stress related symptoms, help with digestive issues, aid in the recovery process after injury and so much more.

A place where you can feel comfortable, understood, and supported while you get the help you need.

I see far too many people lost in their health journeys and having nowhere to turn to.

We want to be that place people can turn to!

Whether you are years into your health journey or just starting out, we are here to help.

Our Services

Your treatment begins with a detailed assessment using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, including observation of the tongue, palpation of the pulse, and discussion of your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, sleep, digestion, stress, and overall well-being.

From there, we develop an individualized treatment plan based on your unique constitution and needs. Your treatment may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, moxibustion, Tuina, or other supportive modalities. This is to be determined by Dr. Emma Rose when developing your personalized treatment plan.

Because your body is constantly changing, your treatment plan can change with it. We continually assess your progress and adjust your treatments as your symptoms and underlying patterns evolve.

Hi, I’m dr. Emma rose

I created The Herb & Needle because I was excited to bring what I’ve learned through my years of studying and practicing Chinese Medicine to our community.

I’ve been fortunate to learn from some incredible teachers and practitioners along the way, and I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand how powerful and effective this medicine can be.

Over the years, I’ve gathered so much knowledge, from different teachers, modalities, techniques, and little tricks that have stuck with me along the way. I wanted to create a space where I could bring all of that together and use it to help each person who comes through the door.

The Herb & Needle is really a reflection of everything I’ve learned, and my hope is that I can share that with the people in our community.
